100% certified organic apples. We make the cider a little bit differently to most, only using wild or endemic yeast to ferment the juice dry. Then we add a small amount of sweet fermenting juice at canning to carbonate in can. No preservatives added at any point. We find this gives a more honest and rustic flavour, something we really enjoy in the few other Australian and international natural ciders.
